He is extraordinarily skilled at identifying weaknesses and potential problems and he is relentless in his quest to get to the source of an issue, no matter how big or small. Incidentally, he always balances professionalism with the happiest outlook. For serious physio rehab or just fun workouts, Adam is your man. I have no doubt that the team of people who have gravitated towards him to form Exercise Right will share the same stellar ethos.

In ERUK, I found a business who actually thinks about the needs of their client, rather than upselling, financial targets and achieving KPIs. The upshot of is that I’m almost certainly fitter than I was five years ago I could not recommend ERUK more highly - they are really good
