Is a Consultation Free?

Yes, the consultation is completely free of charge.

Do I Need to Prepare Anything for the Consultation?

No preparation is required. However, to help us match you with the most suitable specialist, it’s helpful if you’re ready to share any relevant information such as your training background, goals, or any medical or physical considerations.

What Shall I Expect From a Consultation?

Your initial consultation will be an online call with a senior member of our specialist team. During the call, we’ll discuss your goals, current training routine, preferred training style, and any medical or physical considerations.

You’ll also have plenty of time to ask questions and gain a clear understanding of how we can best support you.

Is a Consultation in Person or Online?

All initial consultations are conducted online for your convenience.

How Long Is a Consultation?

Please allow approximately 20 minutes for the consultation.

Do I Need to Make a Decision on What I Want During the Consultation?

Not at all. There is absolutely no obligation to make a decision during the call. If you decide you’d like to move forward, we can outline possible next steps afterward giving you time to reflect and decide at your own pace.
